I am making a automatic doorbell and decided this is my sensor. I tried a PIR but almost anything sets it off, this should eliminate most of that. Using a Raspberry PI A+ with a camera and this, when it detects movement it starts recording and emails me. This is the perfect sensor for that....piece of cake to get running, I ordered another for the back door :) I highly recommend for your Arduino or Raspberry Pi project.
